Okay, let me guess — life feels like a lot right now. You’re overwhelmed, drained, and stuck in patterns that just aren’t working anymore. Maybe you’re questioning your relationships, struggling at work, or wondering why you feel so disconnected. That glass of whiskey, wine, or weed isn’t helping like it used to. With nearly 20 years of experience, I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you process difficult emotions, release what’s weighing you down, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we’ll create a path toward feeling more grounded and at peace. I help people work through anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and feeling emotionally drained. ART helps resolve distressing memories quickly, while IFS helps you understand and care for the parts of yourself that feel stuck or overwhelmed. My approach is compassionate and direct — focused on helping you feel more grounded and in control of your life. You don’t have to figure it out alone. While you might not feel it right now, you know you’re ready for change. I’d be honored to support you as you take the first step toward relief and clarity. I’m out-of-network with insurance, but we can explore ways to make it work. You’re worth the effort — reach out when you’re ready.

You may be feeling that what you find anxiety-provoking, maddening, and depressing keeps appearing in your life. Without having an awareness of your unconscious processes, your deepest fears will continue manifesting in your relationships, friendships, work, and hobbies. Jared specializes in a range of techniques to bring compassion, confidence, and courage to exploration of the stories that generate daily experience. For Jared, committing to a non-pathologizing, psychodynamic approach means finding the thrill of meaning in every stuck point. The framing of therapy as an effort of "illness management" and "symptom control" is not only disheartening, it is ineffective. Specializing in addiction has led Jared to an understanding of the gift in any experience, even when it seems to be unambiguously bad, wrong, and destructive. The holistic perspective dictates that our mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical reactions are always wise. Conversations with Jared reveal hidden personality parts that have long yearned for knowledge of and conversation with your highest Self. He is a devoted guide to all the corners of your cognition and character, excited to bring your desires to light and share with you how to embrace everything you are and have.

Hi! I’m Morgan, a trauma specialist and licensed professional counselor serving clients across Pennsylvania, including Philadelphia. I guide individuals, couples, & families through healing from anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, ADHD, BPD, codependency, attachment wounds, & body image challenges. Using a trauma-focused, psychodynamic, and relational approach combined with DBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Internal Family Systems, and Feminist Theory, I create a safe, affirming space especially for LGBTQIA+ clients navigating identity, gender dysphoria, discrimination, and complex relationships. You don’t need to figure everything out alone. In therapy, you'll learn to process trauma safely, navigate difficult emotions, improve relationships, & build self-compassion. Clients often leave sessions feeling empowered, validated, & understood, ready to move forward with confidence. As a queer therapist, I specialize in trauma-informed therapy for LGBTQIA+ folx. Come as you are - I'll meet you there. Life is too short to surrender to old wounds, unhealthy relationships, or the weight of trauma. You deserve to feel seen, heard, and free- to live on your own terms—with purpose, connection, and peace. If you're ready to break patterns and begin again, reclaim your truth. Let’s connect and begin the work together.
I myself am a first generation Jewish American woman. I have experienced some discrimination because of my religious-ethnic heritage and have the experience of being "other." This experience has enabled me to connect with people who experience "other-ness." I think most of us humans experience some form of trauma growing up, whether from hurts experienced in the family or in the larger society. Being able to talk about those hurts enables personal integration and healing. That is what my work as a therapist is about. One of the things I am aware of, for students and many others at this time in history, is the feeling of social isolation. I am offering a group for young adults to experience connected-ness. Look at my website for further information. I look forward to hearing from you.
If you're here, I probably don't need to tell you that the rate of depression in college students continues to rise and college counseling centers can't keep up. You're sad. You're empty. You're filled with doom about the plight of the world and you're not even sure if there's a point in trying anymore. Our team specializes in working with individuals who are depressed, self-harming or having thoughts of suicide. We'll help you balance your mood, increase your self-worth and improve your relationships so that you can actually enjoy life again rather than trying to escape it. You're scrolling TikTok and are feel comforted and curious about just how well you relate to the ADHD content on your feed. I am a QbCheck Certified Provider, offering Remote ADHD Testing to support the assessment and treatment of ADHD. You don't have to self-diagnose! You don’t have to struggle alone. We have the support, the plan and the process to move you from stuck to successful. We deliver structured and evidence-based treatment to the young adult population while making care accessible to you in a way that fits within your lifestyle. Let's work together to build a life you love.
