My counseling experience includes work with social anxiety, anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues and life transitions. I have worked with college-aged students, children, adolescents, families, and individuals. I believe in a collaborative counselor-client relationship where clients can gain the skills to live a full, productive life. I also work from a holistic perspective where physical, and spiritual is just as important as mental wellbeing.
