Lee (Lily) Ting holds a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University, Post Campus. She is trilingual in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Her therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive, with a focus on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. Originally from Hong Kong and having studied abroad in the UK and the U.S. for over seven years, she has a deep appreciation for multicultural experiences and understands the emotional complexities of living between worlds. She believes that every client brings their own wisdom to the healing process and works alongside them to uncover their unique path forward.
She practices as a holistic and integrative therapist.

Her approach draws from a wide range of therapeutic models, including but not limited to: Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Person-Centered Therapy, and trauma-informed care. She is also a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, having trained under Dr. Kelvin Tang, and is a member of the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association (IMDHA). Her background in hypnotherapy enriches her ability to address challenges on both conscious and subconscious levels, supporting deep emotional and behavioral shifts.

Lily is passionate about supporting individuals navigating identity, grief, immigration-related stress, and intergenerational conflict. Having lost her mother at a young age, she is especially attuned to working with grief and loss and helps clients reshape the meaning of their pain in ways that promote healing and growth. She has experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults across a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, cultural adjustment, trauma, spiritual exploration, and self-esteem. She believes in the power of compassion, honesty, and reflection to create meaningful change. Her goal is to guide clients back to their inner truth and support them in reconnecting with their sense of agency and worth.
