College and graduate school are full of transitions. You may be questioning your relationships, wondering what comes next after graduation, feeling burned out, or trying to figure out who you are outside of everyone else's expectations. Maybe you're navigating ADHD, recovering from difficult experiences, or searching for a stronger sense of purpose. Whatever brings you to therapy, you don't have to figure it out alone.
I work with college students, graduate students, and young adults navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, stress, burnout, and identity exploration. Whether you're exploring your gender or sexuality, working through relationship concerns, or trying to better understand yourself, we'll approach your experiences with curiosity, compassion, and respect.
My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in humor. Together, we'll explore the beliefs and patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and help you create a life that feels more authentic and aligned with your values.
I also enjoy supporting individuals and couples navigating intimacy, communication, and sexual well-being. I strive to create an affirming, culturally humble space where every part of your identity is welcomed and where you can show up fully as yourself.
My hope is that therapy helps you better understand yourself, build healthier relationships, and move through this stage of life with greater confidence, purpose, and self-compassion.
