I am passionate about helping you feel better and achieving meaningful change. With a background in family systems, I hold advanced certification in an evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approach which will help you improve quickly and provide tools for ongoing self-help. I am also certified in CBT-I, a specialized protocol for treating insomnia.
When we start working together, I will learn about your unique situation and life circumstances to help you set goals. Together we will develop a personalized treatment plan.
My approach is structured and active. I use brief mood surveys before and after sessions, to monitor our progress and give you a chance to provide feedback. I also expect you to practice skills between sessions. My clients typically start experiencing relief within a few sessions and learn new ways of thinking that bring lasting joy and fulfillment.
