Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Clinical Social Work/Therapists

It can be difficult to reach out for support. I am so glad that you have found this page, and look forward to the opportunity to work with you!

I offer online therapy to people anywhere in Pennsylvania, and in-person sessions in University City or Paoli, PA. I support individuals and couples struggling with communication, connection, and conflict. I enjoy supporting people through life transitions, identity, anxiety, depression, trauma, care giving, grief/loss, migration, work-life balance, and self-care. I create a calm and welcoming space to help you make the changes you desire for your life. With genuineness, empathy, guidance, and humor I will support you through a process of healing, coping with everyday life, and growth. I am LGBTQ+ friendly, and seek to create safe spaces for all clients.

I am a Relationship Therapist and a Licensed Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working with individuals, couples, families, and communities in the Philadelphia area. Prior to becoming a therapist I directed programs in a non-profit organization that serves immigrant and refugees, and worked extensively with survivors of intimate partner violence.
